About the Session
Being connected, focused and aligned as team is challenging as border restrictions and social distancing rules remain. Adopted by tech titans like Google, Spotify, Twitter, LinkedIn and AirBnb, OKRs were meant for these ever-changing situations. They are a tool for the team to collectively commit to a set of goals and a central purpose.
Hear from Emily Goodson, Founder of CultureSmart, on setting OKRs that will help the team reset, refocus, and course-correct to adapt to new realities.
This workshop is for
All founders and C-suite executives optimising their goal-setting processes or trying it out for the first time
